I finally found a Jeep I wanted. Thank you to my son for telling me about My Auto Addiction. Frank the owner Scott and Matt were awesome. They were so helpful. They explained everything and worked with me. They also made us feel like family and at home. If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend you look at My Auto Addiction first. You will not regret it!

I found a 2020 Transit Connect XLT online at Auto Addictions and had a great experience from start to finish. The price was fair, the process was quick, and Scott was friendly, straightforward, and so easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and exactly as promised — highly recommend!

From the test drive to the approval process the customer service was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Scott answered all my questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The truck itself is in great condition and runs perfectly. Bought my truck here last night and couldn’t have had a better experience. The dealership’s run by Frank and Scott, both super down-to-earth, relatable guys. No pressure, no sales games, just straight-up honest conversation and a fair deal. We were in and out in under three hours (insurance was taking forever for info) and they gave us a great price on a really solid truck. Definitely not your typical car-buying headache. I’ll 100% be back when it’s time for the next one. Honest guys, great cars, and an easy buying process.

6/14 I went to purchase a suv that I had my eye on for a week. I got there Scott was a gem! Went through the process and not long after I drove off with my very first car purchase. A week later I was having trouble with the car and I called the shop and Scott had the mechanic to reach out to me with some suggestions etc. another week goes by and the issue occurred again. I had the car towed to the shop so Scott, Frank and the mechanic can figure something out. 3 days in the shop (it was a weekend) and I was in need of a car considering I work nearly an hour away from home. I spoke to Scott again and he gave me 3 options, one being to cancel the transaction and start over again with two very similar NICE SUV’s like the one I originally purchased. I chose one of the two, Scott started the paper work, had me come test drive it and once again I fell in love with the SUV After all the paperwork was completed I again drove off a happy girl!!! For the next week or so Scott called to make sure me and the vehicle was good! That’s the kind of customer service that will never go unnoticed!! Scott and Frank I thank you both so much for helping me with my very first Vehicle purchase!! It was a Happy Birthday for me!!

Great place, came in a little before they closed looking at a specific car they had. Left with the keys in hand thanks to their help, they try their best to make sure you leave with a car, and are great people.
